Learn the art and science of macaron baking.  Learn how to make macaron batter, pipe macarons and fillings.  Every person will take home around a dozen macarons in a pastry box along with the recipes to make them.   Learn the tricks and insights from an expert to tackle this complicated pastry.  Also, learn the proper technique of swirling designs with royal icing.

Flavors for this class are raspberry sorbet, fluffernutter & chocolate ganache.
